These terms apply to services provided by Bins and Beyond Ltd. By booking work with us you agree to them.
Quotes & pricing
Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide and are valid for 30 days. If the work on site differs materially from what was described, we'll talk it through with you before doing anything that changes the price.
Bookings & access
Please make sure we can safely access the areas to be cleaned, and that vehicles and valuables are moved where needed. For wheelie bin cleaning, please leave bins out as agreed after your collection. We may need a nearby outside water and/or power supply for some jobs.
Wheelie bin rounds
Regular bin cleaning is provided on a rolling, no-contract basis. You can pause or cancel at any time by letting us know before your next scheduled clean.
Our work
We take care to match the right method and pressure to each surface. While exterior cleaning dramatically improves the look of most surfaces, some staining, wear or damage that pre-dates our visit may not be fully removable. We'll always be honest about the likely result before we start.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For commercial accounts, payment terms will be set out in your quote.
Liability
Bins and Beyond Ltd is fully insured, with risk assessments & method statements on request. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We're not liable for pre-existing faults or for damage caused by defects you were aware of but did not tell us about.
